Eastern Trail Inducted to the Rail-Trail Hall of Fame
Congratulations to the Eastern Trail Alliance and their volunteers and to those who have worked diligently to create this resource in southern Maine!
Maine’s Eastern Trail was recently inducted into the Rail-Trail Hall of Fame. The Rails-to-Trails Conservancy selects trails for this honor based on outstanding scenic value, use, amenities, historical significance and community value. We were there to celebrate and were energized at the support for the Eastern Trail.
